We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for various reasons, such as limited stock, errors, or inaccuracies in product or pricing information. If we need to cancel an order, we will notify you promptly, and any charges made to your credit or debit card will be refunded to your account.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their orders before the order is shipped for a full refund.
- After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, the customer may need to wait for the item to be delivered and then follow the return process.

What steps should I take if I receive a damaged or missing product?
If you receive damaged or missing products, please initiate a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Share images of the packaging and products with us at care@proquest.fit or call +91-9205897552. We will review your request within 48 working hours. If approved, our courier partner will collect the damaged product(s) from your location. If reverse pick-up is unavailable, please ship the product back to us via a reliable courier partner. Upon receipt and verification, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable. Note: Replacement depends on stock availability. We recommend making an unboxing video for added security.
If my order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it, what should I do?
If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received it, raise a request within 48 hours of the status update. We will review your request within 48 working hours and aim to resolve your concern within 7 working days.
Conditions for Return/Replacement
You can return or replace your product under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)
- Incomplete order (missing products)
- Opened/used/altered products
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, price tag, etc.) missing
